Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using The Bite Dental Inc website or submitting cases to our dental laboratory. By accessing our site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Laboratory Services Agreement

These Terms govern the use of our marketing website. All custom dental laboratory fabrication, case processing, and consulting engagements are governed by a separate Laboratory Services Agreement (LSA) and Case Prescription Form signed directly between The Bite Dental Inc and the requesting practice.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and case studies, is the property of The Bite Dental Inc and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

3. Case Ownership

For all fabrication cases: the completed restoration becomes the property of the prescribing dental practice upon full payment and physical delivery. The Bite Dental Inc retains the right to use de-identified case photography for internal quality review and portfolio purposes only, unless otherwise instructed in writing by the requesting practice.

4. Limitation of Liability

The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes. The Bite Dental Inc is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website. Our liability regarding our dental laboratory fabrication services is strictly defined within the individual LSAs and Case Prescription Forms signed with each partner practice.

5. Material & Fabrication Standards

All restorations are fabricated using FDA-registered materials and in compliance with applicable dental device regulations. By submitting a case to our laboratory, you confirm that you have obtained all necessary patient consents required for the prescribed treatment. The Bite Dental Inc does not verify clinical diagnoses and is not responsible for treatment decisions made by the prescribing dentist.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or laboratory services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
